Sino-Thai Educational Cooperation Conference was held online in the morning of March 17, 2021, leading by Thailand-China Educational Alliance. Principle of Siam University, Dr. Pornchai Mongkhonvanit, secretary of principle, Mr. Yhing Sawheny, president of Thailand-China Educational Alliance, Mr. Montree Pongpan, honorary president of Thailand-China Educational Alliance, Mr. Wu Zhiyi were presented in the conference, Vice-President Chunlin Huang and director of foreign affair office, Gangqiang Zheng attended the meeting, representing ZJTIE.
Both parties of the conference have discussed in depth on the topics of cooperative education programs, research and training programs for teachers and students, international academic skills training programs, educational forums holding. ZJTIE has established a preliminary agreement on jointly conduct “Zhejiang-Thailand Educational Communication and Cooperation Forum” with Thailand-China Educational Alliance, and signed memorandum with Siam University on founding “Zhejiang-Thailand Silk Road College”.
Thailand is one of the important countries on the Belt and Road initiative, the cooperation of China and Thailand in the field of education will help to promote forming community of education on Belt and Road countries, achieving mutual benefits and win-win results.
