    Harleen Kaur Sangha

I am Harleen, I was born and bred in England, therefore I am British through and through.  First and foremost, I am an artist of the fine arts, then a philosopher and I am proud to say I am a certified PADI rescue scuba diver. Later on, I had the great fortune to become an English teacher about 25 years ago and it has been a tremendous and joyful journey. Even though, I have been a teacher for an incredible amount of time, I also consider myself to be a perpetual student of life.  Obtaining knowledge and continuously learning is the key to live an enlightened existence. Nothing is impossible in this world if you can apply yourself. This is one of the life mottos instilled in me during my childhood from my parents, guides, mentors, amazing teachers and so forth.  I am well- traveled and well educated, embracing different cultures and different ways of thoughts and life - I consider myself to be international, hence multicultural. Since I was a child, I have always been fascinated by Chinese culture therefore one of my heartfelt wishes was to come to China. I am so delighted to be here as I am living my dream. Wherever I go, I am greeted warmly with open arms and hearts. I have learnt a great deal and continue to do so every single day in this wonderful land. This is an adventure of a lifetime.  I am ever so glad to be here, amongst those I regard to be family and friends.  As the old saying goes, “home is where the heart is”.
