On October 15th, the panel of experts of Zhejiang education department came to ZJTIE to carry out the mid-term inspection and investigation of the construction of Zhejiang province's internationalized colleges. The panel consists of four experts, that is, Shu Peidong, director of the external affairs office of Zhejiang education department, Wang Kunxin, chancellor of Tourism College of Zhejiang, Yang Yan, vice president of Jinhua Polytechnic, and Liu Fangqiang, director of international affairs department of Zhejiang Financial College. Yu Busong, chancellor of ZJTIE, met with the panel of experts and exchanged ideas. President Shao Qingxiang, vice president Huang Chunlin and leaders of relevant departments and secondary schools attended the meeting.
Vice president and director of the external affairs office Huang Chunlin gave a report on the specific progress of the construction of internationalized colleges, characteristic advantages, and construction work plan of the next stage to the panel of experts. After listening to the report, the experts reviewed the relevant data and information of ZJTIE’s construction and visited relevant training bases. And they also gave feedback on the research situation. The experts believed that ZJTIE attached great importance to the construction of internationally characteristic colleges, with clear objectives and strong measures. At the same time, the experts thought that through two years’ construction, eight aspects of construction work of ZJTIE had achieved initial results, and hoped that ZJTIE would further strengthen the international atmosphere and make greater contributions to serving enterprises to go global.

The research work summarized the achievements of the internationalized colleges’ construction in our college, and discussed the bottlenecks and solutions in the construction work. The research also further defined the goals and tasks of internationalization in the future, and deepened the understanding of internationalization in education. So the research had important guiding significance for the construction of internationalized colleges in ZJTIE.
